Developmental 1-2-1's

Developmental sessions are the core of our work at OnAction. We are dedicated to helping actors move forward in their career. These sessions are completely bespoke to where you are on your journey and where you want to be. This is a unique platform, where you have a team of specialist coaches working to enable your success. We begin with a free consultation to understand exactly what you’re want to achieve. We have supported actors: transitioning from another industry (fashion, musical theatre, music), gaining representation, improving booking ratio, developing screen technique, fundamental acting technique, rebuilding confidence, exploring casting, putting dialects on CV, developing movement, creating showreel material – and much more. We can start with individual sessions or tailored programs of classes. Everything at OA is completely bespoke.

We can work through what to do to get on Spotlight, or even how to get more acting credits. We work 1-2-1 with you to help you find your own path towards the career you have always aspired to have.
